HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

As realtors, we use a variety of methods to find potential buyers or renters for your property. Here are some of the strategies we typically employ:

  1. Marketing: One of the most important things we do is market your property to potential buyers or renters. This can include online listings on popular real estate websites, social media promotion, email campaigns, and other forms of targeted advertising.

  2. Networking: we have a wide network of contacts in the real estate industry, including other realtors, property managers, and investors. we use these connections to spread the word about your property and reach potential buyers or renters who may not have seen your listing through traditional marketing methods.

  3. Open houses: Another way we find potential buyers or renters is by hosting open houses. This allows people to come and see your property in person, ask questions, and get a feel for what it would be like to live there.

  4. Referrals: Many of my clients come to me through referrals from past clients or friends and family. we  prioritize building strong relationships with my clients so that they feel confident recommending me to others who may be interested in your property.

Overall, my goal is to use a comprehensive approach that combines both traditional and modern marketing methods to reach as many potential buyers or renters as possible. By leveraging my network and expertise in the real estate industry, I can help connect you with the right people who are interested in your property.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

Our commission rates for the sale of a home varies and is negotiable with each individual client. The industry standard for real estate commissions is typically around 5-6% of the final sale price of the home, but this can vary depending on a number of factors such as the location of the property, the condition of the home, the type of property, and the amount of time and effort required to market and sell the home.

It's important to note that as a realtors, we work on a commission-based model, which means that we only get paid when the property is sold. This incentivizes us to work hard to market and sell your property quickly and at the highest possible price.

Before beginning any work, we always provide my clients with a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with selling their home, including my commission rate. This ensures that there are no surprises or hidden fees and that my clients have a clear understanding of the costs associated with the sale of their home.

Ultimately, our goal as a realtor is to provide the highest level of service possible to my clients while also being transparent and fair in my fees and commission structure.
